Stories BX-1 and BX-2. Tester said Home is "a lot of text and data". Example trip: UK to Rio, day 3 of 5. Every frame is clickable. All frames are a mock-up, not built.
When I am new, I want a simple Home with the one next thing to do. When I am experienced, I want the full detail kept as I have it.
What it is: a two-way switch under the header. Simple shows the clock, one big "Do now" line and today's windows. Detailed is today's full Home.
Trade-off: one tap to switch and it is obvious, but it is a mode the person has to understand and remember.

A: DetailedMock-up, not built
What it is: the tester's own idea. Today is the simple view. Details holds the Watch caveat, adherence, tiles and alerts.
Trade-off: familiar pattern, but it adds a second row of tabs above the bottom bar and splits one page into two.
B: Today tabMock-up, not built
B: Details tabMock-up, not built
What it is: one Home. The Watch caveat and alerts sit in "More about today" and the tiles in "Numbers". Both closed by default for new accounts.
Trade-off: no modes and nothing hidden for good, but people can miss a closed fold.
C: folds closedMock-up, not built
C: folds openMock-up, not built
What it is: two tabs. Today is simple, with one closed "More about today" fold. Details has the numbers, the log buttons and the "Can't keep a window?" fold.
Trade-off: most work to build, but a new person sees little and an old person loses nothing.

Where the choice is kept. Works for A, B and the recommended option.
